2A.7 Overtime Amendments
2A.7.1 (9) - General
Under the amendments made to this sub-provision, the two (2) key changes to note are:
- Firstly, employees must now make use of their time off in lieu within twelve (12) months from the date such leave was given; and
- Secondly, time off in lieu cannot be counted for encashment purposes.
